Legal Due Diligence

In scope of the study, title deed, cadastral zoning status, other legal engagements are analyzed for all stages of real estate projects. Thus legal status and legality is stated. If there is a problem about these issues, technical or legal problems are analyzed by due diligence report. As a result, solution proposals are defined considering Turkish Laws.
