SWOT Analysis

SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the internal and external factors which will increase the profit or sustainability of the investment over the long term. It involves the comparison of the pros and cons of the current condition about transportation, economy, demography, target group and architectural design systemically. Investors may support the strengths of the project and find solution for the weaknesses through SWOT analysis. While the affects of the threats may be decreased, the opportunities may be converted into an advantage.

Strengths: Internal strong aspects of the project which are helpful to achieve introduced objectives.

Weaknesses: The internal weak aspects which prevent achievement of the real estate investment.

Opportunities: External conditions which are helpful to achieve introduced objectives.

Threats: External conditions which may diminish the performance of the project.
