NPL (Non-Performing Loan)
The NPL study is based on an arithmetical analysis of the desktop valuation study applying comparable, income, and cost methods. This way, the open market value and the cash value of a property may be determined. This study is carried out and submitted in Excel format. Required market data for this study is obtained from KB database and the local service partners of Kuzeybatı especially for properties located outer Istanbul.
